Cherry Tree Cottage is a 4 bedroom detached House about 50 yards away from our sister cottage, Flint Cottage, meaning that if you have a larger party to accommodate, you can all be in the same area whilst having your own privacy in each space. Carefully modernised, whilst still maintaining the Flint Accommodation aesthetic, Cherry Tree is a spacious contemporary home with vintage charm.

Nestled within the South Downs, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Cherry Tree Cottage offers endless trails and excellent local pubs right on your doorstep. Whether you’ve spent the day exploring or are simply looking to "nestle in" and unwind, we hope this feels like the perfect retreat.

Cherry Tree Cottage is spacious yet cosy detached house, surrounded by the Sussex Downs and is perfect for slow living and unwinding. It's a home-from-home, allowing you to switch off and chill.

We think it's perfect for larger groups or a family who want to spend time exploring the fabulous South Downs and then coming back to slip off those walking boots or dismount from their bikes and snuggle up in front of the huge TV (with super-fast fibre broadband) or retreat to the snug to unwind with a good book and a glass of something nice..

​

We have loads of things to do in the local area and will happily recommend pubs, restaurants and leisure pursuits so that you can get as much or as little from your stay.

​

We are happy for you to bring your four-legged friend, but please use your common sense with our soft furnishings and carpets ;)

Some Bank Holidays and special local events up to £900 per night
